Tickets and Confirmation - Immediately confirmed after successfully completing check out, the customer will see the confirmation number online and receive an order summary and E-Ticket(s) by email.


How to use the eTicket - Please have a printout of E-ticket for boarding the bus.


Cancellation and Refund - Once a reservation is booked on Gotobus.com, it cannot be canceled by the customer. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable as those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. While the bus operators will make every effort to operate its services as scheduled, when this fails to occur full refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered. Rescheduling is permitted subject to certain restrictions. Please review the specific conditions and limitations below.


Price Change - We reserve the right to adjust the ticket fare, and the fare for holidays, weekends and special events.


Condition of Use

  • 1. The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the eTicket.
  • 2. Customers must bring a valid ID with a name to match the passenger name on the eTicket (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check.
  • 3. The printout of E-tickets must be signed by customer as proof of boarding.
  • **Passenger should arrive 30 minutes prior departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to stand-by passengers.


Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Change of plans? No problem! With GotoBus.com, tickets are available to be rescheduled subject to certain restrictions with a small fee.


  • All reschedule can only be transferred between Hi Bus/ Fox Bus/ Rockledge Bus routes.

  • How to Reschedule:
    All tickets are permitted be rescheduled 4 hours before departure with a small fee. To easily reschedule online, please click Reschedule and follow the instructions.

  • Open Ticket for Customer Reasons: If a customer requests an open ticket without specifying a new rescheduled date and time, the company will apply a small fee. Once the ticket is marked as an Open Ticket, Gotobus should collect the price difference once the customer confirms the desired date and time.

  • Open Ticket for Bus Company Reasons (e.g., breakdown, cancellation, full capacity): In these cases, where the reason for the Open Ticket is due to the bus company's fault, no rescheduling or refund fees should be charged. The ticket should be set as an Open Ticket without any additional charges. When the customer confirms the desired date and time, no price difference should be collected.

  • Refund: No voluntarily refund. A full refund is only provided when:
    • 1. The bus is canceled by the bus operator, and the customer is unable to reschedule.
    • 2. The bus fails to arrive at the designated bus stop. Please contact bus operator for confirmation about the bus status.
    • 3. The bus is full, and the customer is unable to wait for the next available bus.


  • Bus Delay: If the bus is delayed over 2 hours due to unforeseen circumstance (such as weather, traffic, or urgent maintenance), you can:
    • 1. Wait for this bus, or
    • 2. Free reschedule to other time for the SAME route (same departure and arrival).

  • Miss Bus: If a customer is unable to board the bus due to personal reasons (such as family matters, illness, etc.), a refund is NOT permitted.

  • Ticket Verification: Hi Bus / Fox Bus / Rockledge Bus conducts ticket verification upon boarding, and passengers must present valid identification and their E-Tickets to board the bus.

  • General Information


    Schedules - Every effort will be made to operate according to published schedules. The bus carriers will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents, mechanical issues, road conditions, severe weather, and do not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject to change.


    Arrival Time - The arrival times are estimated for customers' reference. Exact arrival time depends on the traffic situation.


    Severe Weather - Customers are encouraged to check the GotoBus Website - Weather Advisory for any bus cancellations on selected routes or call the phone number located on your eTicket for most updated information. Please note that refunds are not given for services canceled due to weather but you may reschedule for an alternative time.


    Bicycles - Bicycles may be transported based on space availability. Additional luggage space cannot be reserved.

    Pets - Pets will not be transported.


    Luggage - Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. For guidance the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds. Oversize and additional luggage fee varies from $10 per piece. Gotobus and bus carriers are not responsible for lost or misplaced baggage.


    Objectionable Persons - Bus Companies reserve the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to other passengers.


    Prohibited Behaviors on the Bus - No Smoking, Drinking, Gambling, or Loud Talking


    Alcoholic Beverages - Customers are refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages onboard


    Cell Phones - "Limited" with respect and courtesy to your fellow passengers.


    Wi-Fi - Wi-fi service is offered by some of the carriers in the East Coast. Additional schedules may be added during weekends and holidays which are served by third party's buses, it is not guaranteed that there will be wi-fi access as advertised. Please contact the bus company in advance to confirm service availability.


    Minor Travelers - For minors (under 18 years old) traveling alone, the parents must read and sign a consent letter.
